In my experience - absolutely terrible in every way. They don't show up when they say they will, they add clauses to your contract every time they renew it and there are lots of hidden charges. They present as upmarket, but you should just read that as 'expensive' - nothing else about the service is upmarket, just the price! 16-05-11
