I was a big girl when i got married. I went into another brodal shop in Bedford and was made to feel fat and horried but Hammonds made me feel special and good about myself. They were professional and organised. They guided me and gave me a wonderful range of dresses to chose from. I was very impressed and on the my wedding day i felt beautiful! Thank you Hammonds team.

Very bad service. Bought by wedding dress from here and paid the deposit. Only to find out that my £300 dress was only £100 in a different shop. Called Hammond weddings and they didn't even want to discuss about refund and found out later that the lady had wrote non-refundable on the receipt without my knowledge. I would never recommend anyone to buy their dress from this shop. The ladies are only friendly and kind till u don't pay the deposit. I will try my hardest to recover my £150 deposit!!

What can I say, i first met Natalina without making an appointment with the shop she was so helpful made me feel so at eased trying wedding dress on for the first time, i choose three dresses with the intention of trying them on again with my friends the following week. when i went back Natalina had put together five different dresses that she felt was better for me and she was right she knows her stuff. I had no intention of buying a dress after only been engaged four weeks but i looked so good i had to buy it ten months before the wedding. Rachel was good as well i met her once to do my fitting she was very helpful. Natalina you have been truly amazing from the day I went to have a look for my dress, i looked amazing on my wedding day 01/08/2015. Thank you again for all your help, advice and support. Wow what can I say Rachel and Natalina have been truly amazing from the day I went to have a look for my dress. I also got my bridesmaids dresses from hammonds and again very helpful. I would highly recommend Hammonds. Thank you again for all your help, advice and support. Miss Clarke

Would never use again!! Ordered bridesmaid dresses which came in a different colour and shop so unhelpful with sorting. Full of broken promises and now am on a ticking time bomb to organise new dresses and still fighting for our deposit back. Ruined wedding experience...they don't care!!!

Please do not put your trust in these people, they are lovely when you go to choose a dress but once they have your money they don't care if your dress fits, don't care if it comes on time and are rude and nasty if you get concerned about the most important dress you will ever buy. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
