Cleo has just recently made a stunning wedding cake for my daughter, it was a three tier fondant fancy. She was able to cope with wheat/gluten/dairy free issues on one of the tiers without a problem. The cake looked wonderful and was very tasty. So many people commented on it. Cleo was great to deal with and professional at all times
