"Quote was reasonable, for simple sink fitting.Arrived on time on Sat.Job did not go well and after 3 hours he left to keep an appointment with another customer and agreed to return Monday.Arrived as agreed and within 1 hour advise he needed to get parts from Wicks, would be 30 minutes.Has not returned after 5 days not contactable.Left us with the water turned off and no heating, the sink pipework is not finished and the waste and the cold are leaking.Not satisfactory. he has not attempted to request payment"
