Extremely rude and unprofessional - I booked a cab for my return journey from Heathrow. Got a text confirming the booking and a link to track the taxi. Once I landed at the airport after an overnight journey from New York, called the taxi company, and they denied completely that they had any such booking. I then sent an email with a screenshot of the confirmation, they said they had cancelled the booking at their end. They didn't think it was important to inform the customer of this cancellation! Never booking them again.
