Horrible service! I asked to top up my card and the person was serving there refused even they have a post saying Pay Point! I asked to speak with a manager and he said he is the boss , he said he cannot top up my monese card so I give him Monzo and even tried with a third card but at the beginning he said i need a different card theb he changed saying he doesn't top up at all!! I asked again to speak with a manager and this time he said he is not actually the boss anf his boss is not arround refusing to give me a phone number of his boss/ manager!! He was swearing at me and told me to leave , he was so rude and I had my two little kids with me ! I never experienced such a bad behaviour and service anywhere else! I want everyone to know about this man , he should not work in such an industry as he is so rude with his customers!
