This is the first (and only) place I have had chiropractic adjustments. I have had physiotherapy and osteopathy but neither had sorted out my chronic back pain and recurring headaches. After meeting Dr Kirsten I really took on board the information I was given and had regular adjustments which have meant that I no longer suffer with shooting pains down my leg or in my lower back and my headaches are vastly reduced from the levels they were before. There were unseen other benefits of having adjustments which include feeling generally happier and more flexible (not stiff in the neck or back). I used to feel nervous before being adjusted but now I really look forward to them. I recommend chiropractic now as the first port of call for getting well from all kinds of things. It is an amazing therapy and this is a great place to go, the service is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
