Yesterday the 28/04/22 I called A1 Bedford to book a taxi for the next day the 29/04/22 at 7.45. I made my reservation in advance to be sure that the taxi would come on time. at 7:40 I called the company because they usually send you an SMS confirming that the taxi is on the way but this morning I didn't receive anything and when I called A1 a very rude girl answered the phone saying that the taxi coming late, so I have to wait. Obviously if I call a day before is to make Shure the taxi arrive on time,( I told the woman on the phone), and she very rudely told me that she was going to cancel the taxi because it is not her problem. Hopefully the taxi arrived at the same time she seed she is going to cancel the taxi. The taxi came 12 min late with the consequence that I went late to work. The taxi driver told me that the company give him the job 5 min before, so that's mean the company didn't book the day before. That girl on the phone shouldn't be working to talk to people on the phone for reservations!!!!!! she's not nice, and of course whoever talks to her I'm sure they wouldn't call this company again, like me, I won't call again.
