Used Brentfordt A1 taxis Where driver collected my party at Midnight as arranged. After 20 odd minutes on what should have been a 15minutes max journey (less on Google maps) we discovered he was going wrong way. He then did a U turn and when he managed to get us back to our hotel overcharged us by £10.00 on the agreed booking price and became aggressive when queried When I called today to speak to the owner I was put through to an extremely rude woman who told me I was wrong and I had booked the incorrect destination?? And he hadn't gone the wrong way! When I tried to speak again she raised her voice angrily over mine determined not to listen before putting the phone down on me Worst Customer ever
