First, if I could leave no stars I would have. We used Let's Manage in Bedford to find our tenants for us and manage the tenancy. In the beginning they appeared to be very professional. But their professionalism ended when it came to processing payments from our tenants. Payment was always late, several times up to more than a week.The real nightmare began when our tenant quit. This was before the Christmas holidays. The worst time ever! When we tried to question the lack of adherance to our tenancy contract, of 30 days notice, we could rarely speak to the same person twice and they seemed to have a revolving door for staff.
