Nice lady, but poor service. Makes promises that she cannot keep. Was told Id recieve my cake design a few weeks after meeting Rachel, that was early January it is now nearly April and I have herd nothing. I emailed her asking about when I would received the design and she apologised and told me a few more weeks, but 2 months later I have gone to someone else. If you make a deadline you should stick to it or at least have the guts to tell me !
