Very disappointed.. We were renting for over a Year just to find out that the boiler was leaking Carbon monoxide Due to missing part. Their gas engineer then 'fixed' the boiler with DIY part, so in fear we decided to move out. Now, we are trying to get our deposit back, but Belvoir wants to charge us for 'reconnecting' connected gas fire. Avoid the agency if you are tenant, they will ignore you when you need something, they only care about the landlords.
