Absolutely gutted that today I had to report on of A1's drivers to the police for what can only be described as theft after taking my phone as security when I was taken to my work to pick up my wallet. The driver is now denying all knowledge of this. I am livid and had no choice but report this to the police. Even more annoying is that I gave the driver a £5 for being so helpful. I have used A1 for a number of years and would expect honesty from their drivers when I reported this to the Mill Street office I was basically called a liar. This will be resolved legally now.
