I ordered food at 6.30 pm and paid online, one hour later they phoned to apologize for being late and had the cheek to ask for an extra £1 for delivery. When the order finally arrived at 20.30, it was barely warm. I phoned back to ask for a refund and was offered a £20 credit towards the next order which I (not) politely declined.

My son ordered Duck. It arrived almost burnt non edible. However we rang them and told them they sent us replacement and apologised. Good service as far as that goes.

awful! Delivery was within the 45minutes they quoted but that was the only good thing. It was more expensive than expected as they said the prices had gone since we last ordered. The food was luke warm and as I had ordered prawns could not reheat it. Everything had a weird taste that neither I or my husband could put our fingers...kind of fumey... or maybe plastic. Also had odd after taste. My husband had ordered red tai curry it had the same odd flavour. The sauce was dried up and thick and glupey! Not like authentic Tai at all. It wasn't cheap and felt it was uneatable and so range them, it took quite a time to get them to answer the phone. They refused to take any returns, or give us our money back or to send any freshly cooked replacement. In fact the only thing they offered was a small discount off next time we ordered!!! Why would we order bad food again? Still hungry and very disappointed, will not be using again and will tell all our colleagues, friends and family not to use them again.

Absolutely awful. Waited a half hour and then called they hadn't prosessed the order. Waited another hour and then called them. They said they would not be delivering because the driver didn't want to deliver it and we could collect. By now it was eleven at night and I could not drive and being a young pregnant women, my partner was at work so I could not walk five miles to collect. I explained this and they agreed to deliver but then when I called another half hour she said that the delivery driver had gone home, they were now closed. By this time it was almost midmight on a Tuesday and no other take awayp where open. Being pregnant it was not healthy to have been waiting that long for food. I ended up having to walk all the way to Tesco on my own to go and buy food.
