Also, my daughter's birthday outing with her friends at Bedford - our first experience at the Bunyan Centre - was spoilt when one of your young female 'helpers' tagged her in such an aggressive way that she fell over and crashed into other people, hurting her and upsetting her in the extreme when she is actually quite a competent young skater, who was gradually building up her confidence.
One of your helpers with glasses and blue eyes was superb, though.
