So very disappointed with my wedding cake, the one cake in your life that needs to be perfect! Rachel was so lovely in our consultations and assured me that she could produce what I wanted. What arrived was messy, unlevel, wonky, the wrong colour and half the decorations fell off before we cut the cake. I was really upset and did tell Rachel this when I returned from honeymoon but never received a reply. I would hate for any other bride to have to be so disappointed on their wedding day.
