Not impressed. We bought some Intus form this firm, but because the fitting charge was high in relation to their cost, decided to fit them ourselves. There was no problem in fitting them, apart from there were some spare fittings but nothing in the instructions to say what they were for... returned to Concord to seek some basic advice. Saturday 23rd November 2019 (1pm) was clearly not customer priority day at Concord. I was grilled repeatedly as to whether I had actually bought them from Concord (I only collected them a few days ago..). No one had the wit to check the order book despite my polite invitation to do so, and there was no one to tell me what the parts were for... a wasted journey. They then claimed I had been 'misquoted' on the £60 fitting charge (I hadn't been).
Whilst there I enquired about their awnings.. 'no they did not have any literature on them' (?!!!?). The same 'assistant' reached clumsily for a heavy bracket that comprised one such awning. This bounced across the floor.. what any customer was to make of this haphazard 'component' remains a mystery. If Concord are to survive in a very competitive environment they will have to be much more positive, have professionally trained staff and be able to recognise their genuine customers. We have bought from them several times in the past (curtains / blinds / fabric) and it is always good to see items firsthand. We for one won't be turning to the internet, but we will be shopping for our remaining windows elsewhere.   24-11-19
