I've been to this tattooist several times and have found the place very clean and welcoming. He may take his time but likes to do a good job. Its your choice to get the work and he always tells you how long it will take and how much it will cost. He's an amazing artist and does great free hand work. But you should go and see for yourselves. I recommend him highly.
