Have been using Thomson for several years & have always found the shop staff very friendly, knowledgable & helpful - however the merging of the two shops is not comfortable. The noise level in the remaining small unit is distracting with adjacent conversations & general movement of people waiting to be attended making the experience very uncomfortable.
