I used this shop before Xmas and expected the service to be gentlemanly. Instead, I found the manager to be upset with his tardy staff and rude.
It was most surprising for a long established shop that advertises as a gentleman's emporium. Hopefully, it was just a bad day before Xmas.
Very surprising indeed.
