I was very nervous about the counselling and hypnotherapy at first, but was put at ease immediately by the atmosphere and by the counsellor. After a few sessions I started to put into place the work I was given and I am now seeing everything differently. My friends and family cannot believe the difference in me and I am so much happier now. I totally recommend this service and cannot thank her enough for her help and continued support.
