Poor customer service. Avoid
When I paid for a consultation I was expected to go and collect the samples, they were not posted. I had to constantly chase.
When I voiced an opinion regarding the practicalities I was met with scorn. When I questioned the customer service I was met with aggression. Overall a poor experience from a patronising woman.
