Dropped us off at the gate to the prom in the park, was told to call back when we were ready for the return journey, called only to be told I have to walk 10 minutes in the opposit direction to a pickup point that THEY were happy with NOT the one most convenient to the customer, they would not meet at the places we were dropped off, many other taxis were happily picking up their fares, but not us, left in the lurch, we ended out walking home!!
I have used this firm at least 30 times, there will not be a 31st time!!
Lots of competition in Bedford, so they should be on their best game, not working completely to their own satisfaction !,,
