Me neither my family use this company regularly as they give a reasonable price and they are reliable
One day I order a taxi to pick us up inside the heights in Bedford we had a trolley which was laoeded whigh was really heavy and a purple suitcase which was also really heavy and loaded and the drive didn't help us put it into the car boot I find this really disgusting as they usually help us put stuff into the boot and it didn't help that he just sat there in the drivers seat my mum n dad and me are disabled plus my sister had to help even hough she had her little one in her arms one centre we went off he said I will not pick up ever aging even know she wasn't getting in the taxi anyway he said he was gonna punch her when she is heavily pregnant I would never have this driver again as he said that it's just descipble

I wouldn't normally get a cab on a meter, as more expensive.
Due to being Disabled, in pain, these were the nearest cabs available.
What a change, a taxi driver actually HELPING...HE GOT THE STEP DOWN, PUT MY BAGS IN THE CAB, EVEN HELPED ME INTO IT.
INFACT, IF ALONE, I DONT GET TAXIS AT ALL, DUE TO THE FACT THEY ARE NORMALLY INPATIENT, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.
PLUS, THIS TAXI DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY, HAD A LAUGH AND JOKE, AND THE JOURNEY FROM BEDFORD TO ROXTON WAS PLEASURABLE.
SHAME I DIDNT GET HIS NAME, AS ID BE RINGING ASKING FOR HIS SERVICE IN FUTURE.
THE DRIVER HAD DREADS,SO IM EVEN NAMING HIM, HAPPY DREAD.
YES, IT WAS A FEW QUID MORE THAN NORMAL, BUT, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT FOR THE SERVICE I GOT,AS WITH OTHER COMPANIES, THEY SEE ME STRUGGLING, AND JUST SIT IN THE DRIVERS SEAT, WAITING FOR THE FAIR.
THANK YOU EAGLE CARS, AND THANK YOU HAPPY DREAD.....YOU NOW WILL,HAVE A REGULAR CUSTOMER.....

Don,t mind waiting if told truth but a 20min delay 3 phone calls to chase up and still no cab 1hr later just gave up
Its all very good having all this booking tec and texts etc to confirm just send a car,yet another bad service
