I like this cab company but tonight I waited 27 mins for a cab number 74/Bash very professional and listened to my concerns about the service I have received my experience with Anglia cars have been professional promotions and clean cars to be transported in but there was a time when the entire car had me coughing and choking as I am allergic to animal hairs and dust so I was sneezing with watery eyes but the end of my trip today I waited 27 mins in the rain I was furious but I spoke with Bash 74 my driver who put me at ease and apologised this made all the difference in the world at the end of my ride to home. 16-08-19

Very punctual and friendly drivers. I was going to a hospital appointment and the driver made me feel completely at ease. Very reasonable prices, too. Would recommend to anyone 23-04-19

Extremely rude and unprofessional - I booked a cab for my return journey from Heathrow. Got a text confirming the booking and a link to track the taxi. Once I landed at the airport after an overnight journey from New York, called the taxi company, and they denied completely that they had any such booking. I then sent an email with a screenshot of the confirmation, they said they had cancelled the booking at their end. They didn't think it was important to inform the customer of this cancellation! Never booking them again. 23-03-19

I was introduced to Anglia Cars by a colleague at the University of Bedfordshire more than two years ago. I have never booked a cab with any other company since. They are reliable, friendly and punctual - which, in my job, is essential. As someone who cannot drive, I have in Anglia Cars the ideal alternative to owning a car. And how many other firms would send a replacement car practically a few minutes since the one you booked to go to an airport broke down? I did not even notice, and only realised what had happened when I was told. Did I mention how friendly they are? 06-05-14
