I am extremely grateful to the very helpful opertor in the office when I 'phoned on Saturday evening about collecting my son from Heathrow as his flight had been very delayed. Unfortunately I do not know her name but she sorted out all my concerns, and when the flight finally arrived after further delays my son found a driver waiting for him. He said that the journey back to Bedford was the only good part of his long journey back to the UK.

I wont be using this company again , kept us waiting at the airport for 2 hours charged more than quoted , and been very rude with it . We have used them before . Never again .

I have used AGS for 30 years plus and my whole family use them often, so recently have been surprised and disappointed by the made-up pricing by the control woman. We always use them- every weekend but suddenly this weeknd we were charged an extra £4.00! For no reason for the same trip.!! When the driver called to challenge it at our request the controller was off hand and didn’t want to know. Pretty rubbish response and now the loss of a very loyal customer. George would be very disappointed too.

Always use this company for my travels. The drivers are always polite and will try their best to get you to your destination the quickest way possible. The controllers are always friendly and try to get your taxi to you as quick as they can.

My daughter clumsily left her phone in one of your cars, we rang it try & locate, the driver rang us back to let us know it would be left in office for collection ..

Terrible service yesterday. Ordered a car for 2130 from Bedford Modern School to Bedford Station. It didn't arrive. I had to make three calls before a taxi came at 2150. So I missed two trains , and at no time did I get an apology. I would like one now, otherwise I will ask Bedford Modern School not to use your services in future

Have used their services for nearly three years, but they are constantly late. Only one of their drivers arrives on time, often some even get lost so now giving up with them and will be trying others ....
