DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! If I could give 0/5 I genuinely would.
To say this guy is incompetent at the highest level would be a huge understatement! He took on some work a couple of years back for our 77yo mother around a missing house deed, at first he did make communication with HMLR, albeit slowly, but since then, and despite at least on two separate occasions he's made promises to update us, we've received nothing! Countless calls and emails from both my brother and I and yet he still does not respond to any of them. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this guy at all costs!
